The Art of Death – Blog Tour

So there’s a feeling when you pick up a book and from the very beginning, you know you’re in for it. I don’t have a word for it (there probably is one, and if there isn’t I may need to create one) but MAN. This book got me. And so much so that I stayed up late to read it and then stayed up LATER to read Abel’s perspective in Secrets of the Dead.

Rowan is likeable and feisty. She’s impulsive and protective and tough. I like everything about her. Her brother Abel is the steady to her wild and also someone I feel I could definitely be good friends with. Indigo and this pair (not to mention their larger family) have History.

This is one of the best paranormal stories I’ve read in a while. Necromancers, Vamps, Weres, Nymphs, Gargoyles and even a Wisp – the gang’s all here! I love this world and how it functions. The author does a great job of building in the mythology specific to her characters.

So much fun to read! Action, adventure, tension, and great story. Highly recommend!
